Nathalie Farjallah has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is specialized in procurement, cost control, supply chain and menu development, and has high culinary skills.

I was drawn to the food industry ever since I was a child and I knew from the start that this field is where I belong. Being recently assigned in charge of Boubess group operations was never by chance, it was the fruit of a long career path mixed with experience from different concepts and departments.

Since I love working in silence, I felt like I’d rather be behind the scenes than in the front of the house. Dealing with food, chefs, quality, consistency and numbers was always my winning game. Horizontal management is my style. I believe in developing co-workers and helping them shine.

On a more personal level, I am a big nature lover. I enjoy outdoor sports and activities. It’s where I find peace after spending long hours operating a chain of restaurants.
