RAPID LEARNING SESSIONS ( RLS )

Along with the classic programme, Motivate Academy also specialises in a new kind of learning called Rapid Learning Sessions (RLS), designed to create instant results on a number of topics.

Delivered with passion and enthusiasm, each session is condensed into a high-energy 42-minute learning experience and challenges your team to grow and work on a selected skill. Participants may attend online or live in-person.

Al Najah School Network

T he group were looking for a high energy learning experience post covid. This was delivered through the Motivate Academy RLS program. Motivate Academy has multiple 42-minute programs that deliver one hour of learning in 42 minutes. The concept is centered on immersive learning and the client selects the elements that best suit their needs. These sessions are then delivered in any of several ways. In the case of the school network the sessions were conducted via zoom and were delivered consecutively over a period of seven days. The RLS programs build momentum, and each day is carefully connected to the previous session and to an overall growth goal. The management team of the network all attended every day with outstanding results.

Orange Hospitality

Motivate Academy provides what many companies depend upon as the core of their learning and development for teams, these are the programs like Train the Trainer, Management Development Programs, Effective Use of Time and so on. These programs are all intensive learning experiences, typically conducted over several consecutive days. Train the Trainer delivers a certified three-day program for up to 30 participants with the outcome being practical assessments of the participants’ ability to deliver a live training session. Orange Hospitality engaged Motivate Academy to conduct this program for the entire management team in view of the forthcoming corporate expansion both within the UAE and the UK.

NEOM Digital Media Academy

Saudi Arabia

Motivate Academy creates learning academies for organizations, and nowhere is this better exemplified than in Saudi Arabia where Motivate Academy created and delivered the NEOM Digital Media Academy to thirty of Saudi Arabia’s brightest and best minds in the communication industry. Participants joined an eleven day immersive experience that commenced at 08:30 and finished at 18:30 each day. There were international speakers provided by Motivate Academy and there were local talents brought in through the partnership with NEOM and with the Saudi Broadcasting Authority.

Multiple media projects were created throughout the event and a final project was delivered at an international level. The event was recorded, with many segments going out live over social media feeds. The power of this academy is the ability to deliver dynamic learning experiences with current technology. Industry specialists create challenges designed to grow the skills and understanding of the participants in a short period of time. An immersive experience provides a massive amount of information in a condensed period, and is supported by post event online learning tools through Motivate’s platform.
