Motivate Academy’s Aspiration programmes are for those who have acquired a wealth of experience and yet want to grow further. For these individuals, we create bespoke programmes. Confidentiality is essential and we work hard to ensure that the programmes that we deliver respect the environment of the learner. As a powerful and successful individual, your learning is our priority, and yet so is your image and position within your business community.
We focus on making growth ‘cool’ and yet aligned with success. We concentrate on working with C-suite team members to hone their skills, expand their circle of influence and help them develop keen foresight.
Aspiration programmes are for those who have a passion to excel. There are no ‘off-the-shelf’ ready-made solutions. Every programme is made for the individual concerned and delivered by an appropriately suited trainer.

Since then, i have been through a lot of ups and downs and realised that plenty of options are ahead me, I only have to find out what I’m really passionate about, take brave decisions, act massively and hard on it and let it change me and change things around me. Three months later here I am, already set my goals, had huge dreams and started acting on both.

Motivate Academy was tasked with a corporate coaching program for the senior executives of the company. This commenced with a live 2-hour event where the program was revealed to the Executive Team. Each person was given an overview of the 100 Day Personalized Coaching Program. This program involves 11 one on one sessions delivered every ten days for each of the executives.
Throughout the program they connect for one hour at a time as they work through their personal goals and objectives and then learn about the following elements:
- The key to happiness, dream seeds and the impact of ego on performance
- The Wheel of Life – a personal look at 8 key elements of life and how they are growing in each area
- Overcoming Limiting beliefs and understanding the impact of the relationships that they have
- Building a personal circle of influence and discovering how to develop mentoring relationships with experts
- The power of effective goals and how to commit to achieving them
- The value of effective listening
- Optimizing time and how to accelerate performance by focusing on getting the important part of a task done and handed on to someone else for completion
- Understanding what they value and what they personally stand for, and how to integrate the values that are most important to the individual into their work
- Creating a life plan spanning the forthcoming 25 years
- How to develop an ongoing personal life plan and maintain growth into the future
The outcome of the program was heralded as a great success and resulted in a rapid expansion plan for the company that included growing an entire new sector for the business.
A total of 12 executives participated and completed the entire program. The conclusion of the program was a 3-hour event where all executives shared their experiences.
Century created an award for Motivate Academy for its influence on the company at the annual corporate awards ceremony.
